£100k Holiday Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Competition 1
Win Your Holiday For Free (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Hays Travel (the “Promoter”). Registered Office: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.    All entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK.
2.    Promoter employees and family of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
3.    To qualify, the entrant must purchase a holiday with the Promoter between the dates of 9.00 am Thursday 26 December 2024, and 10.00 pm Sunday 2nd March 2025. All applicable bookings will automatically be entered into the draw.
4.    A holiday is determined as any holiday organised with the Promoter via the listed channels online, contact centre, in-store, or via social media with arrangements for transport and accommodation made at an inclusive price.  The Promoter acts as agent for the holiday booking with the principal supplier of the holiday with whom the winners will have a contract and whose T&Cs apply.
5.    Prize 10 x holidays, 10 winners 1 per week. Up to the maximum value of £4000. Entrant can be entered into the prize draw multiple times by purchasing additional holidays as part of separate bookings. 
6.    The winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries under the supervision of the Promoter on Monday 30 December 2024, Monday 6 January 2025, Monday 13 January 2025, Monday 20 January 2025, Monday 27 January 2025, Monday 3 February 2025, Monday 10 February 2025, Monday 17 February 2025, Monday 24 February 2025 and Monday 3 March 2025, no later than 11am. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone and winner details will be visible on Hays Travel Facebook and Twitter accounts. A request can be made in the local branch for winner details for participants without access to the internet.
7.    The winner will have five (5) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:
a.    Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;
b.    Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and
c.    Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
8.    If a winner does not respond within 5 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.
9.    The Promoter’s announcement of the winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.    Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
11.    The Promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations committed by the Promoter.
12.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.
13.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
14.    Winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity.
15.    Winners must comply with holiday destination entry regulations including visa requirements. The Promoter is not responsible for costs or organisation associated with these elements. Travel insurance, pick up from home address, airport hotel stay/car parking and expenses are not included.
16.    In the event of supplier collapse or cancellations the Promoter will seek to arrange an alternative holiday once any costs relating to these cancellations have been paid according to the holiday provider T&Cs
17.    The winners surnames and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hays Travel, Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA, within thirty (30) calendar days after the Promotion Period. If a winner objects to any or all of their surname and county being made available, the winner must notify the Promoter by writing to the address above, however, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
18.    This offer is subject to the laws of England & Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
19.    If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Competition 2
Surprise and Delight  (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Hays Travel (the “Promoter”). Registered Office: Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA.
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
