The land of smiles! This country has so much to offer everyone, whether you’re on a family trip, a cultural trip, backpacking or looking for a party there’s an abundance of activities to keep you occupied. In Bangkok you can taste the fabulous cuisine or have a drink at one of it’s many amazing rooftop bars, shop in one of the many huge malls or large outdoor markets, experience the beaches and nightlife of Phuket or Pattaya, a full moon party on the island of Koh Phangan, escape to places like Chang Mai, enjoy a boat trip to Monkey Island at Hua Hin or visit one of the many beautiful islands such as the Phi Phi Islands. Thailand is well known for its beautiful beaches and has many wonderful places to visit such as waterparks, national parks, elephant sanctuary’s and temples to name only a few.

I’m a massive fan of winter sun holidays and Tenerife fits the bill perfectly with a very short flight journey time of under 5 hours! The largest and most populated of Spain’s Canary Islands, Tenerife is located west of Africa and over 1000 km south from the mainland of southern Spain so a getaway to get some sun on your back is almost guaranteed whatever the time of year! Enjoy the many fabulous restaurants with a meal and a cocktail along the beach at Los Cristianos, the party atmosphere of Playa de las Americas, enjoy the largest waterpark in Europe Siam Park, shopping, a late night in the local casino, take a boat trip for whale and dolphin watching or do some water sports. There’s lots of fun in the sun to be had going to Tenerife.

One of Spain’s Balearic Islands Majorca has a mix of holiday choices with glorious beaches, enjoy the lively party nights of Magaluf or choose from lots of fantastic family resorts. The Magaluf area is hugely popular with party goers attracting a lot of stag and hen parties, it’s also home to the world famous BCM nightclub, although there are a huge amount of brilliant pubs and bars it’s all within walking distance of the same area. If your looking for a holiday away from the party scene there are a lot of popular family resorts such as Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova, Cala D’or and Puerto Alcudia to name a few, If you prefer a much quieter, slower pace to your holiday then try other areas of the island, there’s lots of small fishing towns around, you could get a fantastic deal on hiring a villa with an outdoor swimming pool and enjoy the local town centre restaurants and bars.
