My all-time favourite place would have to be Palma Nova, Majorca. Having spent a lot of my childhood there and spending time there with my own family, it’s still one of the best places to be. Perfect for families with amazing hotels, beautiful locals and the all important white sandy beaches. It offers a huge array of restaurants to cater to everyone and the atmosphere in the evening is your typical Spanish reminders of the paella cooking on the beachfront to the sound of music and people just simply enjoying life.

For the party goers you are right next door to the one and only Magaluf with plenty of dancing, cocktails and fun nights to be had.

From the aqua parks, to marine land and even their very own pirate shows, the island has so much to offer for everyone and makes for a perfect holiday.

A firm favourite destination of mine is a small town in the Costa-Del-Sol, Spain called Montemar which is right by the Carihuela front and in between Torremolinos and Benalamadena.

This is a place to visit time and time again with many shop and bar owners never leaving this area so you’re always making a friend or two.

You have aqua parks, the famous Tivoli world and the beautiful marina on your doorstep with the most gorgeous restaurants alongside the yachts that are open day and night offering the best dishes for every budget.

If you fancy a bit of laugh and dancing with friends, head to the 24 hour square just a 10 minutes’ walk away for a fantastic night of sports bars, Irish pubs and nightclubs to name a few. There is also a huge shopping centre a stone’s throw away with everything, so you can rest assured you’re able to pick up something special as a holiday gift or treat yourself to a shopping spree. The locals are lovely and can’t do enough for you which makes it that bit more worthwhile.

America… This has to be the ultimate destination on everyone’s bucket list but to be perfectly honest, having the choice of 50 states just doesn’t get any better does it?!

One of the most amazing places in America has to be Boston!!!

I would definitely recommend staying in New England in the fall ( Autumn ) to really appreciate this place.

Boston offers the most wonderful hangouts including Fenway park - home to the Boston Red Sox, a trip to Harvard University to really feel like you are in the movies or even the famous Cheers bar and the tea rooms.

If your planning New England in the fall then you can’t beat heading over for a short stay in Salem, Maine where Halloween is domain and you can even do Hocus locus tours to visit all the famous landmarks from the movie, midnight walks around the town learning all about the witch trials or even a visit to Maine lighthouse right on the coast.

There’s visits to Marthas Vineyard and step back in time to pilgrim era to learn all about life in them days.

If you love seafood then this place will blow you away with not only the most quaint picturesque restaurants but the best lobster in the world which is caught fresh each day!!

If you’re staying that bit longer you still have time to hire a car and visit in and around Maine or take a road trip to the ski resort of Vermont to enjoy some time on the slopes or simply take in the little white chapels, covered bridges and the most stunning views this state has to offer.
