The food is exceptional. Whether it's the local or national dishes to gyros and fries and if you’re eating at your hotel or heading out to a taverna, Greek cuisine is one of the main highlights of a truly Greek holiday experience. If you’re looking to try some local specialities, Kleftiko, Greek salad with fetta and Dolmades the stuffed vine leaves are worth trying, as well as a glass of fine Greek wine,  and of course not to mention the famous Ouzo or sample the freshly baked bread dipped I the world-famous olive oil made from the millions of olive trees you will see everywhere in Greece.

I always remember this unforgettable experience that I thought I would never have or ever expected not in my wildest dreams yourself, standing on an exotic golden sandy beach gazing at the clear bright blue seas stretching as far as the eye can see with the occasional luxury yacht sailing past then turning around, emerald green forests and the overwhelming smell of tropical flowers wafting on the breeze holding a freshly topped coconut and drinking from it Where was I? And where could you be experiencing these outstanding sights, sounds and smells the same I of course it’s the Caribbean on one of its many islands. where you can hike, dive and eat and drink like never before and then lie on white-sand beaches all on the same day never moving far from those spectacular views.
One of my highlights was sailing  in Antigua’s clear-as-glass waters, and actually seeing the wood panelled beachfront villas at Ian Fleming’s former estate, Goldeneye and as a James Bond fan could see where he got the inspiration for the setting of some of his books and used in his films, also if you want to do something that gives you a feeling of achievement and wonder try hiking St Lucia’s volcanic cones to the summit of the Pitons. There’s natural out of this world of things to see the archipelago of pure white, blue and green, cascades of waterfalls, pools and spice.
