Hays Travel Crook arranged a Mystery Coach Trip for their customers to the Manchester Christmas Markets. The branch arranged the charity coach in aid of local charity, Bringing Back A Smile. Bringing Back A Smile aims to bring families together away from gruelling treatments to enjoy quality time together.

On the day, the customers were surprised with a trip to Manchester where they had the opportunity to visit the Christmas Markets as well as the chance to do some Christmas shopping. On the coach, they also had the opportunity to play bingo, take part in a quiz as well as guess the destination.

In total, the branch managed to raise over £1,200, which will go towards developing Bringing Back A Smile’s services and helping those who need it the most in the local community
