Cincinnati

Where cultures unite

The Cincinnati Reds, Skyline Chili, museums, the Cincinnati Ballet, craft beer, bourbon, the list goes on. Depending on who you ask, the CINCY Region is known for a lot of things. More importantly, there’s an abundance of things to do in CINCY.

The CINCY Region is where Ohio’s Midwest friendliness and Kentucky’s Southern charm are connected by the historic Roebling Suspension Bridge. Newport is a city steeped in history. Once a “sin city” of sorts, brimming with mobsters and gambling halls, today Newport is a family-friendly getaway with something for every visitor.

Located less than 20 minutes southeast of downtown Cincinnati and just a stone’s throw from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), the Kentucky town of Florence isn’t shy about welcoming visitors. In fact, its most popular landmark is a water tower on the side of the highway into town that’s painted with the friendly phrase, “Florence, Y’all.”

Located just west of Newport in Northern Kentucky, this town of 40,000 is big on charm. With quaint 19th-century architecture, a historic district heavily influenced by German and Irish immigrants, and a storied distillery tradition, every trip to Covington is a crash course in the region’s rich history.
