Side Crown Serenity offers plentiful facilities, including: two outdoor freshwater swimming pools, hot tub, two children's pools, sun terraces with loungers with cushions, parasols, and towels; 80-metre-long private beach with shuttle service, indoor freshwater pool (not open in the summer), three restaurants, four bars, patisserie, hookah, food delivery, room service, Wi-Fi and Internet access, lobby, drinks vending machine, car park, lift, smoking area, accessible parking, accommodation, and amenities; and 24-hour reception with bellman, currency exchange, dry cleaning, luggage storage, and concierge. Economy Rooms feature a land view, air-conditioning, heating, Internet connection, kettle, smoke alarm, sofa, minibar, clock, safety deposit box, satellite television, telephone, bottled water, dinner table, parquet floor, 220-240 volts, and bathroom with telephone, mirror, shower, hairdryer, and slippers.

Main Restaurant opens for breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, dinner, and night soup; offering an open buffet with Turkish and international dishes accompanied by background music and live performances. Ottoman A la Carte is your go-to for delicious and traditional Turkish cuisine to tempt your palate. Italian A la Carte Restaurant is a must for lovers of authentic Italian fare including seafood and pizzas complemented by a rich selection of wines. 

Stop by the Patisserie throughout the day to try sweet and savoury pastries, hot and cold drinks, and ice creams. The Lobby Bar opens around-the-clock for a menu of local alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and hot drinks served indoors or outside on the terrace. Aqua Anfi Bar, Pool Bar, and Beach Bar are your ports of call for refreshing hot and cold drinks, energy drinks, cocktails, fruit and vegetable juices, snacks, Smorgasbord, nuts, fast food, and ice cream with ambient music.
