This Marmaris hotel has a total of 98 traditional guest units; comprising 84 A1 and A2 Apartments, 11 Studio Apartments, and Three Hotel Rooms. A1 Apartments are kitted out with a bathroom with shower and WC, large balcony, direct-dial telephone, fridge, television, lounge with two sofa beds, kitchenette with fridge, utensils, sink, hotplates, and oven; bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, air-conditioning, room service, and daily housekeeping and towel/bed linen change every second day.

The restaurant offers a cosy atmosphere to savour delicious traditional Turkish and international cuisine at breakfast, lunch and dinner created using organic vegetables; steaks are their speciality along with starters, pastas, pies, grills, local dishes, fresh fish, fruit, and desserts plus refreshing cocktails. The barbeque night every Monday offers fun, games, and belly dancers followed by a Turkish folk dance group performing regional dances.
Snack Bar opens from 08:00 to 18:00 for great-value snacks and also afternoon tea and cakes between 15:00 and 17:00. The Sea Gull Bar offers a wide variety of cocktails, wines, and local and imported spirits from 08:00 until late.
