Cascade Wellness Resort

The facilities at Cascade Wellness Resort include: three large outdoor swimming pools - one in the central area, another in the apartments area, and a third pool in the spa; two children's pools, sand-bottom pool, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, three restaurants, two bars, pet-friendly, and 24-hour reception. Wellness and fitness amenities include: a spa with an outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, ice fountain, four treatment rooms, luxury treatments, spa specials, packages, and spa days; and a fitness centre comprising three areas: an indoor space with natural light and Technogym® equipment, a 1,000-square-metre outdoor space, a true outdoor gym, studio for group and private classes, and also fitness and bodybuilding training, personalised training, fitness and boot camp programmes, and a weekly schedule of group classes. 

Amenities and facilities for adults and children: a kids' club with an indoor playroom, green outdoor area, and playground; football academy with Easter, May, and summer training camps for kids aged five to 15 years; driving range and golf practice, golf packages with access to nearby golf courses, tennis courts, hiking, babysitting service, bike station, water sports including surfing, windsurfing, and kayaking tours; and Segway adventures.

Cascade Wellness Resort has a total of 105 beautifully-designed guest units across seven categories; ranging from Double Rooms through to Holiday villas with Private Pools, Double Rooms are comfortable, modern, and spacious and draw inspiration in their decor from Africa, Asia, South America, Europe, and Portugal. Facilities include a balcony with resort, pool, or sea view; flat-screen cable television with film-on-demand, electric kettle and Nespresso® coffee machine, modern natural stone bathroom with bathtub, individual walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, bathrobe and slippers, and luxury L'Occitane® toiletries; complimentary Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, large wardrobe, and minibar.

The Gastropub showcases Portuguese cuisine with regional produce from midday to 22:30; including the freshest seafood, local specialities, and steaks and sauces in a relaxed atmosphere. Mundi Restaurant opens during the summer season offering themed buffets with European classics, Asian specialities, South American favourites, and African delicacies. 

Senses Restaurant combines international haute cuisine with rich and traditional Algarve gastronomy from 19:00 to 22:00 Friday through Tuesday and is reserved for guests aged 16+ years; you can also enhance your visit here by booking dinner at the Chef's Table. 

Recharge and unwind in Lighthouse Bar as you enjoy your favourite cocktail, tasty light bites, and outside views from 10:30 to midnight. Sandy Bay Pool Bar is your daytime pit stop for a quick snack or an ice-cold drink by the pool.
