Filion Suites Resort & Spa offers plentiful facilities, including: three outdoor freshwater swimming pools with paddling pool section, two outdoor children's pools, sun terraces with loungers, parasols, and towels; pool service for drinks, ice creams, and snacks; renovated outdoor area with private terraces overlooking the gardens and Cretan landscape, two restaurants, bar, Internet area, complimentary Wi-Fi access, five times daily minibus service with transfer to the beaches and village centre; minibus service to the parking area, local corner in the lobby with a selection of health products/souvenirs such as organic wine and olive oil, olives, local soap, and traditional desserts; and 24-hour reception with multilingual staff, room service, doctor, special meals, lunch boxes, early breakfasts, and babysitting on request; dry cleaning/laundry service, express check in and check out, luggage assistance, child beds, pillow menu, wake-up service, currency exchange, and Cretan sightseeing options. Filion Suites Resort & Spa has a total of 118 modern guest units; comprising Superior Double or Twin Rooms, One Bedroom Family Suites, and Two Bedroom Villas with Kitchen and Private Pool. Superior Double or Twin Rooms are equipped with twin beds or a king-size bed, couch for third person sharing the rooms, individually-controlled air-conditioning, heating, satellite flat-screen television with hotel information channel, fridge, safety deposit box, modern bathroom with hairdryer, make-up mirror, and bathtub; Internet access, telephone*, balcony or terrace with garden or pool views, daily maid service, and 12-hour room service*. *extra charge

Mourelo Restaurant serves up delicious Greek and Mediterranean cuisine - including an exquisite Greek breakfast each morning with a Cretan Corner with local goods and Healthy Corner with Bio and Organic products; followed by a dinner buffet to enjoy indoors or alfresco on the terrace with breath-taking sea views. Lunchtime Greek specialities are served in the open air at the A la carte Restaurant/Pool Snack Bar with some of the dishes cooked right before your eyes. 

The Pool Bar offers a selection of coffees, teas, juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, brand-name spirits, and ice creams. Early breakfasts, lunch boxes, special meals, and late dinners are also available on request.
