Itinerary:
Days 1-2: UK – Melbourne
Fly from the UK overnight to Melbourne.
Day 3: Melbourne
Transfer to your hotel where you will stay for three nights and enjoy a free day exploring the city.
Day 4: Melbourne - Phillip Island
This morning, enjoy a city tour of Melbourne, followed by an afternoon trip to Phillip Island.
Days 5-6: Dandenong Mountains
Head into the Dandenong Mountains to spot vivid wildlife in the treetops. Take a ride on Puffing Billy, Australia’s oldest gauge steam train. The following day, enjoy free time in Melbourne.
Day 7: Great Ocean Road - Warrnambool
Today, drive past dramatic seascapes and sweeping bays along the Great Ocean Road, then stay in Warrnambool.
Day 8: Coonawarra - Murray River - Adelaide
Today, journey to Coonawarra, where you’ll stop by a local winery to taste award-winning vintages and take in sprawling vineyard views. You’ll continue to Adelaide where you’ll stay for three nights.
Day 9: Adelaide
See kangaroos and koalas at Cleland Wildlife Park then enjoy a sightseeing tour of Adelaide.
Day 10: Adelaide
Today you will explore the sophisticated city of Adelaide, with its Victorian-lined streets.
Day 11: Alice Springs
Today fly to Alice Springs.
Day 12: Alice Springs - Uluru
This morning you’ll tour the Telegraph Station and Royal Flying Doctor Service, before heading to Uluru, a site of deep cultural significance.
Day 13: Kata Tjuta (the Olgas)
This morning, watch as the stars disappear above you and the sun rises behind the towering silhouette of Uluru.
Days 14-17: Cairns
Fly to Cairns where you will spend the next few days. Witness the Great Barrier Reef from an underwater observatory or semi-submersible boat, and snorkel in the warm waters. On one of your days, head to Kuranda on the Skyrail, spending time at the village in the rainforest
Days 18-21: Cairns - Sydney
Fly to Sydney. Whilst spending a few days in Sydney, enjoy a guided city tour, a Sydney Harbour Cruise, and plenty of free time to explore this fantastic city.
Day 22: Sydney - UK
Fly home to the UK.
