Days 1-2: UK - Delhi
Arrive in Delhi where your local guide will meet you and take you to your hotel.
Day 3: Delhi
Enjoy a full day of sightseeing around Old and New Delhi, including Jama Masjid, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, and a rickshaw ride to Asia’s largest spice market.
Day 4: Delhi - Jaipur
Visit Jaipur’s Turban Museum and watch a turban tying demonstration. You’ll even get to take one home as a memento.
Day 5: Jaipur
See the beautiful architecture of Jaipur with a stop at the Palace of the Winds, Amber Fort and the Maharaja’s City Palace. After, visit a local craft centre to try your hand at block printing and carpet weaving.
Day 6: Jaipur - Pushkar
In Pushkar, explore the local markets and visit the Brahma Temple before a fascinating evening participating in an Aarti ceremony on the Ghats of the Sarovar lake.
Day 7: Pushkar - Udaipur
Enjoy an afternoon in Udaipur visiting the Vintage and Classic Car Museum before High Tea at the grand Garden Hotel.
Day 8: Udaipur
Discover more of Udaipur, starting with a drive around Fateh Sagar Lake. Visit the Mewar Art Gallery and the City Palace before enjoying cruising Lake Pichola.
Day 9: Udaipur - Bundi
En route to Bundi, visit UNESCO-listed Chittor Fort - one of the largest forts in India.
Day 10: Bundi - Ranthambore National Park
Spend the morning exploring Bundi, including its unique stepwells and Taragarh Fort, before driving to Ranthambore.
Day 11: Ranthambore National Park
Enjoy morning and afternoon safaris in Ranthambore National Park for the chance to spot the local wildlife, such as wild boar, hyena, leopard and the elusive Bengal tiger.
Day 12: Ranthambore - Agra
Today is Christmas Eve, on your journey to Agra stop to explore Fatehpur Sikri, Panchal Mahal Palace and the Tomb of Chisti. Once checked in to your hotel, enjoy a lavish Christmas Eve buffet with live music. You’ll also have the option to attend Midnight Mass with the locals.
Day 13: Agra
Wake on Christmas Day with much excitement as you head to the Taj Mahal. After a delicious Christmas lunch, you’ll be taken to a rooftop restaurant to sip champagne whilst watching the sunset over the Taj Mahal. End Christmas Day with a magical performance of ‘Mohabbat the Taj’ – a true Bollywood experience!
Days 14-15: Agra - Delhi - UK
Travel back to Delhi for a day at leisure and a farewell dinner, before departing the following morning.
