Will transfers be included with my holiday booking?
Transfers are often included in our package deals, but if there not Hays Travel will give you the option to add these on during the booking process before your holiday is confirmed.
What luggage can I take on my hotel transfer?
Hotel transfers will allow one suitcase per person. Any additional luggage may be allowed on but it may include an additional charge.
What is involved in a private transfer?
A private transfer is a taxi or other vehicle reserved exclusively for your party. Your private transfer will be waiting for you when you arrive at your destination airport, and will provide a speedy door-to-door service to your accommodation, without any stops en route. Private transfers generally cost more than choosing a coach or shuttle bus transfer.
What is involved in a shuttle transfer?
A shuttle transfer is a shared coach or bus that will take passengers from different flights to their stops. There are multiple stops which will normally take longer than a private transfer.
