Welcome to my page, you’re probably interested in organising a holiday so let me tell you a bit more about myself. 

I'm Sue a North East lady with 3 children and a puppy of 10 months who’s stolen our hearts 🐾

I've worked over 30 years in sales and customer service and been trained to the highest level.  I wanted to be a travel agent when I left school but it didn’t happen. So, when lock down hit I had the opportunity to train privately to be a Travel Agent, so I did just that and I’ve not looked back.

I have now been in the travel industry for over 3 years and have built up a great knowledge and customer base, I’ve had many happy customers and returning ones too!  You can see from my page reviews that I'm committed to providing you with the best service I can regardless if it's a weekend away or a luxury long haul holiday. I have never had less than a 5-star review. 

I am proud to be a newly appointed Personal Travel Consultant for Hays Travel, the largest Independent Travel Agent in the UK, giving us access to a huge network of leading suppliers that are all ABTA & ATOL protected. This means I will get you the best deal that is out there. I can book all types of holidays worldwide, whether it is a city break, short haul, long haul, cruise, rail or ski I can arrange it for you. I can also arrange airport parking, lounge access, car hire and anything else you would like to do once at your destination, So I’m a one stop shop! 

Some of my favourite destinations to visit with my children are Ibiza, Turkey, Greece and DisneyLand Paris. But I’ve travelled to many other places too and still have many on my list! You can never travel too much, right?!

I also love travelling around the UK visiting all major cities or staying in lodges in the Lake District, we love visiting Centre Parcs every year too.  My children have always loved animals so we’ve been to every Zoo in the UK, Chester Zoo being our favourite and then a shopping trip to Cheshire Oaks always a must, ha-ha. 

Christmas we usually look at a new place to visit for a Christmas market, York and Harrogate are a firm favourite but Edinburgh is fabulous at Christmas too and I love how they decorate the city. London is somewhere we’ve spent a lot of time as a family and have done theatre shows and activities all over the capital. I have got some favourite restaurants in all the places I’ve mentioned but if its somewhere I have not been our amazing Travel team will always know the best places to stay.
