Sri Lanka was one of the first destinations I travelled to outside of Europe. Its stunning landscapes are one of the main reasons it's among my favourite places to visit.  From climbing Sigiriya mountain to the pristine beaches of Mirissa and Bentota, the island offers a diverse range of scenic spots that cater to everyone. Staying in a nature reserve & viewing elephants, monkeys & kingfishers up close. Experiencing safari & wildebeest in the wild. Then travelling down to the south of the island ending my trip on the coast on long stunning sandy beaches. It was like nothing I'd previously experienced.

After being made redundant from a long-term job, I decided to pack up and travel around Northern Italy, which quickly became one of my favourite travel destinations.
The cities of Northern Italy are rich in history and culture. Milan, the world's fashion capital, offers more than high-end shopping; it's home to iconic landmarks such as the Gothic Cathedral and Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper." Venice, with its intricate canals and historic palaces, is like stepping into a living museum. Florence, with its rich artistic heritage, captures the essence of a vibrant and chic cosmopolitan city. Its narrow cobblestone streets are lined with luxury boutiques, stylish cafes, and world-class restaurants, providing an unmatched shopping and dining experience. For food lovers, Italy is the place to be!

Cambodia is a captivating country making it another favorite destination. One of the primary draws is the incredible Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world, visiting is awe-inspiring, with its intricate carvings and towering spires. Beyond Angkor Wat, Cambodia's natural beauty is both diverse and breath-taking. From the pristine beaches of Sihanoukville and the idyllic island of Koh Rong to the lush, wildlife-rich Cardamom Mountains. 
The warmth and hospitality of the Cambodian people is legendary, making you feel so welcome. The bustling markets, and the night markets in Siem Reap, offer a sensory overload of sights, sounds, and flavours, and of course the incredible food (always the food!).
