Greece
Having lived and worked in Zante, I'm naturally drawn to all things Greek. I have visited Kefalonia, Crete, Rhodes, Corfu and the Greek Mainland and each have their own unique charm. Crete is a great all-rounder with vast archaeological sites such as Knossos coupled with beautiful beaches and restaurants; there really is something for everyone. Kefalonia is a little more laid back, but who can forget that Captain Corelli’s Mandolin was filmed here! A must for picturesque villages, mysterious caves, and lush nature. Corfu remains close to my heart as it was here I did my representative training; hours were spent riding around the Island perfecting my welcome coach speeches!

Singapore
I only spent 4 days in Singapore but definitely plan to return as there was so much more to see. I had a coffee in the Raffles hotel, and took the cable car to Sentosa Island which is home to themed attractions, spas and golden sandy beaches. Singapore has earned the right to be a holiday destination of its own, but can also be a perfect stopover point if you were thinking of a trip to Australia in order to break up the journey.

New York
So famous they named it twice! I have visited three times and still I haven't done it all. I used a city pass which gives you entrance to all the iconic sites such as The Rock, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building and more museums than I can even begin to count. Take a bike tour around Central Park and be shown where all the best loved movies were filmed (Home Alone 2, Elf and Spiderman 3 to name a few), not forgetting to visit the John Lennon memorial at Strawberry fields on your way. It is a fast paced destination so allow plenty of time to have a day to relax and meander around the shops or make use of the fantastic facilities most hotels have.
