Lucy Chilvers

I first started in the Travel Industry over 22 years ago which is when my huge passion for travel began. After many years working on the high street, I decided to follow another passion of mine and worked within the New Homes Industry which is where I stayed until I started my own family. When I returned to work i realised I wanted to follow my heart and return to the world of travel, which is when I was lucky enough to join the Hays Travel family in a high street shop, before being able to branch out, making my dreams of being a Personal Travel Consultant my reality.

Before my little girl was born I traveled extensively and hope she grows up wanting to travel as much as I do as she seems so interested in my work already. 
I've visited many European cities and countries including Greece, Spain, Finnish Lapland and Italy to name just a few, with long haul destinations such as the Caribbean Islands, Canada and Florida.

Being a Personal Travel Consultant allows me to give each customer the time and dedication they deserve whether it's a UK short break, a family holiday, a city break or a tailor made trip. 

I will be there to help plan and organise your next adventure wherever it may take you. You will still have all your ABTA and ATOL protection but without the hassle of online booking or queuing in the shop.
