Portugal
I love Portugal! Having travelled there multiple times, for both week and weekend breaks, it never disappoints. I love that it is a short flight and so easy to get to that you can often be round pool by lunchtime soaking up the sun!

Iceland
What an experience. From seeing the Northern Lights, doing the Golden Circle tour and swimming in the Blue Lagoon, there is never a dull moment with always something to do. To top off the busy days, there are numerous places to eat, and it was all amazing. Why not try Icelandic tapas!

Mexico
Having travelled to both the Caribbean and Pacific Coasts of Mexico, neither disappointed. It has traditional charm, yet lots to do. We loved the zip lining and visiting the famous Coco Bongos. Definitely an experience not be missed if you like a bit of nightlife.
