Hi, I'm Juliana, a Travel agent working for Hays Travel. My first holiday on a plane was to the Caribbean as a little girl. That’s when it all began, my passion for travel. I love visiting new countries and sharing my knowledge and experience of those countries to guide my clients and help them find the perfect holiday.

I have been extremely fortunate to have visited a variety of wonderful and exciting destinations around the world, giving me an extensive insight into all types of holidays; from hectic sightseeing to city breaks through, to lazy beach holidays, kiddie orientated resorts, American road trips, cruising and crazy stag and hen holidays.
Cruising
I recently discovered cruising and I love it! A different place every day, fine food and entertainment, and meeting new people. So many people write cruising off as being for the older generation (including me!), but that’s all changed. I’ve been on a variety of different cruise lines. Sailing around the Bahamas, the Greek islands, the Mediterranean, Europe and Norway.
If you are unsure why not try cruising with a mini cruise this can be as little as 1-3 days.
