Hello, I’m Iona with over 13 years in Customer Service and 8 of those in Travel you can rest assured knowing that I can help from the time you start planning until you return home from your holiday and memorable experiences.
I have a Diploma in Travel and Tourism and am continually growing my knowledge so I can keep up to date and offer the best for my customers. I have been very fortunate to go on a variety of different trips to many destinations from Ski Trips, Cruises, City Breaks, Family Holidays, Honeymoon, Hen do’s just to name a few!
As I work from home I can be flexible with my hours and am available evenings and weekends.

Cuba
I have been to Cuba twice, the hospitality of the Cuban’s was something else & one of the main reasons we returned so quickly after. We packed in a lot of excursions, jeep safari, diving & we really got to see inside Cuba and fell in love. The beaches, the people, the traditional hotels and the variety of activities and water sports they had to offer, and of course the weather ( outside of hurricane season! ) was all amazing. My now Husband proposed on the beach under the stars & we can’t wait to return as a family!

Mexico
We stayed in the Riviera Maya whilst in Mexico however absolutely didn’t miss an opportunity to visit Cancun & see all that was to offer there! We took a trip to Coco Bongo’s for an evening of entertainment.. wow - what an experience! We did a couple of excursions and the hotel we stayed in had a lot to offer but mainly stayed by the pool and on the incredible beaches, there was no need to leave the hotel as everything’s catered for! Highly recommend and again look forward to returning with my little girl.

Gran Canaria
The cliff top hotels, breathtaking views and stunning beaches are something I’ll never forget, a picture perfect postcard. We travelled to Gran Canaria just as a couple however will be returning as a family as there is so much on offer across the different resorts. The hotel we stayed in here was incredible & was the icing on the cake for our holiday, our balcony was HUGE, got the sun in the late afternoon, private & overlooked the sea. It was almost like we had our own seafront villa for the trip. I understand that the accommodation absolutely does matter!
