I love the food, the people, the culture. It has something for everyone, great beaches, breath taking scenery, amazing nightlife, superb food, great history and culture. You can be as active or as chilled as your heart desires. its not known as the "land of the smiles" for nothing.

Cuba
my husbands Cuban and I've visited my times, including getting married there. It holds a special place in my heart. The people are very friendly- its the least commercialised of the Caribbean islands but still has a vibrant culture. With a mix of African and Spanish roots it has a fascinating modern history- its definitely a place to visit at least once.

I've been so many times I've lost count ( at least into double figures).
the history is fascinating and inspiring. The people are so warm and friendly and a proud nation. Beyond the ancient history you can find year round sunny weather, gorgeous beaches excellent diving opportunities and water sports.
