Ibiza is a special destination for me as I spent many summers there as child and worked there as a holiday rep when I was older. It has a reputation of being a party island, but it offers so much more. 

Away from the bustling nightlife of San Antonio you have quieter resorts with beautiful beaches, coastlines to explore and delicious restaurants offering local cuisine.  

The island has great transport links with a good bus network, water taxis and ferries to the neighbouring island of Formentera, making it easy to explore. Some of my favourite places to visit are the marina in Santa Eulalia, the Dalt Villa in Ibiza town and the beautiful little cafes with art galleries in Santa Gertrudis.

One of my most memorable holidays was to South Africa. We had an amazing ten days visiting vineyards in Franschhoek, enjoying the sights of Cape Town, such as Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront, and an unforgettable safari where I was lucky enough to see the big five.  

South Africa really is a captivating country with stunning wildlife, a vibrant culture and breath-taking scenery.

Out of all the places I have visited Vancouver is the one place I would consider relocating to. All the energy of a city but with so much space!  

Explore Stanley Park, recognised as one of the greatest urban parks in the world, with beaches, glorious gardens, and a pool with a water park. 

A visit to Vancouver Island is a must to visit Butchart Gardens and the waterside in Victoria. If you are feeling adventurous head to Whistler or Grouse Mountain for some skiing or a cable car ride.  

Vancouver really is a destination for lovers of the outdoors.
