If you booked your holiday online with us and it includes a Ryanair flight, here are some helpful answers to common questions.

Booking Your Flight:
  • After booking a Ryanair flight with your Hays Travel package, you’ll be redirected to Ryanair’s website to log into your myRyanair account and confirm your flight details.

  • Ryanair will send you a confirmation email with your flight details and seat assignments.

  • Hays Travel will send you booking confirmation documents as well.
Accessing and Managing Your Ryanair Booking:
  • To manage your booking, log into your myRyanair account using the same email address you used for your Hays Travel booking.

  • Your flight will be subject to Ryanair’s terms and conditions, which you can find on their website.
Adding In-Flight Extras:
  • If you'd like to add any in-flight extras (like seat selection or baggage), you can do so through your myRyanair account or by contacting Ryanair directly.

  • Hays Travel will be copied into all emails from Ryanair, ensuring that we can assist with your holiday every step of the way.
Changing Flight Time or Date:
  • If you need to change your flight, call Hays Travel first on 03330339985 to confirm if other elements of your package (like hotel or transfers) can be adjusted.

  • If changes are possible, you'll need to make them on the Ryanair website, and any associated fees may apply (up to 100% of the flight cost)
Flight Cancellations or Major Changes:
  • If Ryanair cancels your flight or makes a major change, you’ll be notified via email.

  • To request a refund, contact Hays Travel via 03330339985. We will process your refund within 7 days of your entitlement confirmation.

  • For in-flight extras, Ryanair will manage the refunds directly.

  • If you want us to help rebook your flight, just give us a call, and we’ll try to arrange an alternative.
