Platinum Package includes access to: two exclusive restaurants - La Cava and Platinum Restaurant; a relaxation pool and sauna in the spa, beachfront lounge bar exclusively for Platinum guests, 24-hour room service, personalised check-in, special welcome cocktail, and a fruit basket in the room; concierge services, a la carte lunch service, daily turndown service, beach towels in the room, use of robes and slippers during the stay, and late checkout until 15:00 (subject to availability); exclusive area on the beach with waiter service drinks, premium Wi-Fi service, premium drinks in the main bars of the hotel (aged liquors, wine menu, and champagne not included), 10% discount on all spa services, 15% discount on all activities in the water sports centre, beach bag (one per room), and luxury in-room bathroom toiletries.

Sweeten your day with different types of sweets and cakes and speciality coffees and teas at Cappuccino. Kanalla Sports Bar is your port of call for 24-hour snacks, a full food and drink menu, sports events on screen, bowling, billiards, air hockey, arcade, and table football.

A la carte options at dinner include: succulent Dominican specials at Dominican Restaurant El Pilon; Brazilian eats at Fogo Restaurant; Asian Restaurant for authentic Asian cuisine; La Tagliata for a real Italian experience; and delicious Tex Mex specialities at Tex Mex Restaurant Nopal. Other a la carte options (not included in all-inclusive) comprise: Platinum Restaurant for seafood and fish dishes at lunch and dinner and international fine dining at dinner in the elegant surrounds of Gourmet Restaurant La Cava.  

Lobby Bar, Acqua Bar, Manatí Bar, BeacHouse Bar, BeacHouse Rooftop, La Cantina, La Terraza, Bar Teatro, and Kanalla Sports Bar all offer included local brand drinks. Serenata Theater hosts the evening entertainment including a mini disco, ballet show time and spectacular entertainers, local and international music, and evening shows. Princess Avalon Casino is located at the entrance to Grand Bavaro Princess and lets you try your luck with blackjack, slot machines, darts, baccarat, American roulette, and poker.
