Jasmin Elite Residence & Spa offers plentiful facilities, including: three seasonal outdoor freshwater swimming pools, children's pool, sun terrace with loungers and parasols, restaurant, two bars, kids' menu, room service, gym with air-conditioning, cardio fitness training equipment, free weights area, and fixed strength equipment; spa with indoor freshwater pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, and massage treatments; indoor parking, complimentary Wi-Fi access, camera system in public areas, and reception with concierge service, luggage storage, laundry and dry cleaning service, and security. NB: Some amenities and services may incur a charge.

Jasmin Elite Residence & Spa has a total of 89 modern guest units across 19 buildings and six categories; ranging from Studio Rooms with Garden or Pool View through to Three Bedroom Apartments. Studio Rooms with Garden or Pool View are kitted out with a queen-size bed, sofa, a balcony or terrace overlooking the pool or garden, room service, air-conditioning, LED television, iron/ironing board, minibar, safe, bathroom with toiletries, WC, shower, hairdryer, slippers, and bathrobe; and kitchenette with electric cooker, toaster, and kettle.

Marlin Restaurant is your port of call for an a la carte menu of local and international dishes at breakfast and dinner with snacks available in-between; hot and cold drinks are served at the restaurant's Marlin Bar from 08:00 to midnight. Mako Bar opens in the summer months from 11:00 to midnight for alfresco hot and cold drinks, wines, beers, spirits, and signature cocktails next to the Main Pool.
