Caretta Paradise Resort & WaterPark offers plentiful facilities, including: four outdoor swimming pools with a children’s section, sun terraces with loungers, parasols, and outdoor WC and shower; gardens with garden furniture, five restaurants, two snack bars, four bars, souvenir shop, spa room, parking on the premises, disabled access, fire safety system, CCTV cameras, lobby, luggage area, minimarket, spa, hair and nail services, hairdresser, Wi-Fi access, private entrance, large groups, and reception with tourist information, pool towels, baby equipment, boat, motor bike, and car hire; boat trips, doctor on call, events planning, laundry and ironing service, and taxi and transfer arrangements. 

Sports and activity-wise, you'll find: a kids' club open six days a week, children's play area, fun park with arcade games, pool table, weekly entertainment programme, table tennis, yoga pavilion, hiking, and complimentary access to the water park open from 10:30 to 17:00 daily with its five large adult water slides and two pools with water slides and water games for children. You'll also have access to Caretta Tennis & Padel Club in Kalamaki with its three tennis courts (clay courts) and two padel courts; private lessons with one of the coaches are also available. NB: Some amenities, activities, and services may incur a charge. 

Caretta Paradise Resort & WaterPark has a total of 438 modern guest units across five categories and 24 buildings; ranging from Studios through to One-Bedroom Apartments with Private Pool. Studios feature a double bed and single bed, flat-screen satellite television, air-conditioning, blackout curtains, bathroom with shower, vanity unit, towels, 24-hour hot water, hairdryer, and WC; Wi-Fi Internet access, safety deposit box, telephone, furnished balcony with pool or mountain views, kettle, mini-fridge, luggage stand, twice-weekly bed linen and towel change, six times-weekly cleaning service, luggage transportation, wake-up calls, and a baby cot and iron and ironing board on request.

The Main Restaurant is your daily go-to at breakfast, lunch, and dinner for buffet-style international cuisine or, if you prefer something tasty and fast, stop by Burger House buffet at mealtimes. Bello Gusto Restaurant opens for serve-yourself Italian delicacies at breakfast and dinner. The Greek Grill House introduces you to authentic Greek culinary delights from an a la carte menu at dinner. Visit Herbs restaurant at breakfast and dinner to tuck into an array of traditional Greek and local Zakynthian dishes from the buffet. 

The two Snack Bars are your pit-stops for hot and cold snacks and a selection of drinks. The barmen at the four bars are waiting to mix special cocktails and serve you a choice of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks. NB: You may need to book a table at some of the eateries and some restaurants and bars don't open during low season.
