Day 1: UK - Paris
Travel to Paris on board Eurostar where your adventure begins.
Day 2: Paris - Strasbourg
Travel by train to Strasbourg and get your bearings on an orientation walk with your leader. Your afternoon is then free for you to explore.
Day 3: Strasbourg - Munich
Enjoy a free morning to further explore Strasbourg before your train to Munich. Your leader will take you on a walking tour of some of the best bits of Munich. The evening is yours to spend how you’d like.
Day 4: Munich
Enjoy a full free day to explore Munich at your leisure.
Day 5: Salzburg - Vienna
Rise early for your train to Salzburg, then spend the morning exploring Hohensalzburg fortress & Funicular. After lunch, take a local train to Vienna.
Day 6: Vienna
Start your day with an orientation walk with your leader before a free afternoon to continue your exploring.
Day 7: Budapest
Spend a final morning in Vienna before travelling to Budapest. Known as the ‘Pearl of the Danube’, Budapest’s grand architecture and boulevards evoke a time gone by.
Day 8: Budapest
Start your day with a visit to the historical Buda Castle. Your leader will be able to help you craft the perfect rest of your day!
Day 9: Budapest - Novi Sad - Belgrade
Take a private transfer to Novi Sad, stopping for an included traditional Serbian lunch on the way. This afternoon, board a local train headed for Belgrade.
Day 10: Belgrade
After breakfast, head out on a leader-led orientation walk through Belgrade. Known as the White City, Belgrade is one of the oldest cities in Europe.
Day 11: Nis
Wake early for a long train ride to Nis today. Arrive in Nis and stretch your legs on a leader-led walk around one of Europe’s oldest cities.
Day 12: Sofia - Plovdiv
Take a private transfer to Sofia this morning. Get oriented with your leader, then have the rest of the day to wander. In the afternoon, board a local train for Plovdiv.
Day 13: Plovdiv - Istanbul
Discover Plovdiv with your local leader before boarding your overnight train to Istanbul.
Day 14 - Istanbul
Enjoy a tour of the Old City of Istanbul. This afternoon, continue exploring the city’s mix of different cultures and traditions.
Day 15 - Istanbul
This morning your adventure officially ends. Transfer back to the airport for your flight home to the UK.
