New South Wales Fly Drive

Pick up your hire car and take the two-hour drive to Blackheath in the Blue Mountains for a two-night bed and breakfast stay at Parklands Country Gardens & Lodges. Seek out the Clifftop Trail to Evans Lookout, follow the Grand Canyon Track, and visit Campbell Rhododendron Garden. Head to Echo Point for views of the Three Sisters, visit Scenic World for a ride on the Scenic Railway and Cableway, and pay a visit to Wentworth Falls.

Your adventure continues with a three-hour journey to Canberra for a two nights’ room-only stay at Hotel Kurrajong Canberra. Visit the Australia War Memorial, the National Gallery of Australia, and Parliament House. Escape to the idyllic surrounds of the Botanic Gardens and get up close to marine and animal life at the National Zoo & Aquarium. Next up is a leisurely 3.5-hour drive to Merimbula for a two-night room-only stay at Fairway Motor Inn. Get up close to sharks, octopus, and tropical fish at Merimbula Aquarium or why not head to Ben Boyd National Park for coastal walks and stunning vistas?

Your journey today takes you on a 3.5-hour drive to Jervis Bay where you’ll check into Paperbark Camp – a peaceful glamping retreat - for a two-night stay in a Deluxe Safari Tent including full breakfast and use of selected equipment. Enjoy the famous soft white sands at Hyams Beach or get insights into local history at Jervis Bay Maritime Museum. Go dolphin watching, take a kayak tour, and embark on bush walks in Booderee National Park.

Set out on the three-hour drive back to Sydney – perhaps stopping enroute in Kaima to see the famous Kiama Blowhole. Check back into The Tank Stream Hotel Sydney for the final two nights (drop your hire car off on Day 12). Get up close to marine and animal life at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and Taronga Zoo Sydney. Explore Sydney’s history at The Rocks and smell the roses at The Royal Botanic Garden. Bask in the views from Sydney Tower Eye and shop til you drop at the Queen Victoria Building.

Check out of your hotel and travel to Sydney Airport in time for your overnight flight back to London Heathrow – hopefully with many happy memories to look back on of your Fly Drive adventure.
