This villa mixes a monochrome decor with colourful accents and mod cons. Update your socials using the Wi-Fi and view a film on television. The kitchen boasts an oven, microwave, and coffee machine to make snacks and drinks. There'll be no queues for the bathroom with three to choose from!

Evenings are all about dining alfresco and perhaps firing up the barbecue to grill burgers, chicken, and steaks; washed down with an ice-cold beer or a freshly poured glass of wine. You can also enjoy access to Windsor Palm Resort's Clubhouse and a menu of food and drinks at the Tiki Bar.

Chargeable hire items available which must be pre-booked (for example two burner BBQ, four burner BBQ, cots, highchairs, single and double pushchairs). The pool/Jacuzzi may be heated at extra charge of $30 per day plus tax. The Jacuzzi will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. For smaller splash pools, the cost is $20 per day plus tax. Car hire is optional.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is covered in the cost of your holiday. Welcome Pack - two rolls toilet paper per bathroom; one round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom; one hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom; one roll of paper towel; two packets dishwasher detergent; two trash bags size-13-gallon; two laundry pods; Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans. NB: Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, they do not restock these items. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice.
