Day 1: Departure from the UK to Vancouver
Begin your journey from the UK with a direct flight to Vancouver.

Day 2: Vancouver
Upon arrival in Vancouver, you'll have some time to explore the city. Known for its natural beauty, Vancouver offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, towering glass skyscrapers, and lush coastal mountains. Why no take a city tour in the morning, take a stop at Stanley Park to see its famous totem poles and enjoy the scenic views from Prospect Point. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace, with plenty of attractions and activities to choose from.

Day 3: Vancouver to Kamloops on the Rocky Mountaineer Train
Board the Rocky Mountaineer for one of the world’s most iconic train journeys. Your adventure begins as you follow the Fraser and Thomson River canyons, passing through dramatic landscapes like the Jaws of Death Gorge, Avalanche Alley, and Hell’s Gate Canyon. As you cross the Continental Divide at Kicking Horse Pass, you'll experience breathtaking views only accessible by rail. Enjoy hot meals, snacks, and beverages served at your seat.

Day 4: Kamloops to Banff
Continue your journey on the Rocky Mountaineer, crossing high passes, deep ravines, and impressive bridges. Travel through the majestic landscapes of Alberta and British Columbia, including the famous spiral tunnels and the 500-foot steel span of Stoney Creek bridge. As you arrive in Banff, check into the three-star superior Banff Park Lodge, located just a short stroll from the center of this charming spa resort town.

Day 5 & 6: Banff
Take the day to explore Banff at your own pace. Options include a float trip on the Bow River, a visit to hot springs, a helicopter ride, or a gondola trip up Sulphur Mountain for incredible views and hiking. Enjoy afternoon tea at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. Later, drive along the Icefields Parkway, stopping at Lake Louise, Peyto Lake, and the Columbia Icefield, where you can ride a ‘Snocoach’ across the Athabasca Glacier.

Day 7: Banff to Calgary
As your journey nears its end, travel from Banff across the gently rolling prairies of Alberta, with the stunning slate-grey, snow-capped peaks of the Rockies in the background. Arrive in Calgary and prepare for your return flight to the UK.

Day 8: Return to the UK from Calgary
Board your direct flight back to the UK, bringing your spectacular Canadian adventure to a close.
