The facilities at Ancient Sands Golf Resort include: five outdoor swimming pools, two of which are infinity pools with views over El Gouna and three are heated in the winter months; two restaurants, cafe and bakery, three bars, spa with massage and body treatments by experienced therapies, private treatment rooms, an outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room; complimentary access to a beach club in Abu Tig Marina with live DJ and light bites, complimentary Wi-Fi in public areas and guest rooms, complimentary parking, shuttle bus around El Gouna, golf shop, on-site ATM, daily housekeeping service, all-inclusive program available, and a 24-hour reception with multilingual staff, airport transfers on request, tour arrangements, and limousine and car hire. Sports and activity-wise, you'll find: a nine-hole golf course - soon to be 18 - with a driving range and lessons with a qualified pro; gym with cardio and weight machines, and an entertainment programme with activities such as group stretching and yoga classes and aqua gym. 

Ancient Sands All-Inclusive Program lets you enjoy the following: Breakfast, lunch  and dinner at Dunes Restaurant; lunch snacks at Piazza and snack jars at the Marina Beach Bar; and drinks during all meals in Dune, Piazza, and Marina Beach as well as at Crumbs Café - including soft drinks, canned juices, local alcohol, hot drinks, cocktails, and mocktails.

This El Gouna hotel has 132 guest units across eight categories; ranging from Deluxe Hotel Rooms through to Three-Bedroom Golf Villas. Deluxe Hotel Rooms feature a warm turquoise and grey decor and are kitted out with a queen-sized bed or two twin beds and an extra bed, 40-inch LED satellite television, individually-controlled air-conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, toiletries, bathrobes, make-up mirror, and towels; and a balcony or terrace with either garden, pool, or golf course views.

Dunes Restaurant is your go-to a breakfast, lunch, and dinner for international buffet-style cuisine, live cooking, and French, Italian, and Asian themed nights and evenings with seafood or barbecues specialities. Piazza Restaurant is your port of call at lunchtime for an international-style lunch; complemented by Pizza & Pasta Hour with fresh pizzas and pasta and dinner each Saturday and Tuesday (depending on season). The enticing aroma of freshly-baked goods draws you to Crumbs Café and Bakery; where you can also enjoy fresh coffee and cakes, hand-crafted cocktails, and light snacks. 

Marina Beach Bar is your pit-stop for an array of drinks and a food jar menu with delicious snacks. Leisure Pool Bar lets you unwind with beers, wines, cocktails, soft drinks, and freshly-squeezed juices by the water's edge. The sophisticated MINT Bar and Lounge combines an intimate atmosphere with a selection of drinks including martinis, creative cocktails, and gourmet coffee. You'll also have complimentary access to Club 88 in the heart of Abu Tig Marina with its lively ambiance, live DJ, and tasty light bites. Evenings bring live music and dance performances from the talented animation team to the resort.
