Lifts always breaking, rooms need decorating ie. wallpaper coming off walls. Paid for WiFi which did not work so had to get refund. Could not get draught Coke in the evening unless you were all inclusive had to pay €2 for very small bottle. Through the day draught Coke cost us €2.30 for a large glass. Fire alarm test went off without warning meaning we had to walk down 11 floors even though we cannot walk very far or fast.
