The Parque Santiago complex has 728 guest units. At Parque Santiago III there are studios, apartments (with one, two or three bedrooms) and three or four bedroom villas. Apartments have: lounge/dining room (with sofa bed), kitchenette, bathroom (with bath and shower), and furnished terrace or balcony.
Parque Santiago IV has studios and apartments with one, two or three bedrooms. Studios have a combined lounge/seating area, bathroom (with bath and shower), furnished terrace or balcony, telephone, safe (for hire), pipe music, and satellite TV. A cleaning service takes place six times a week and linen/towel changes take place twice a week.
Food, Drink & Entertainment
There are 16 bars and restaurants for guests to enjoy at the Parque Santiago complex including Khong Tsha Chinese restaurant, La Rana Restaurant & Grill, El Faro fish & seafood restaurant and La Trattatoria Italian restaurant. Plaza Cafeteria has live music after 20:00 and there's also Pub Scarlet for a drink with friends.
Excellent self-catering property
I stayed here in July 2015 and it was a great holiday. The hotel is in an excellent location with bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
There's no live entertainment, but there is a fantastic children's splash park that kids love.
Overall, it's a top hotel for families.

Excellent three-star apartments
We travelled to Tenerife in May 2014 as a couple, aged 23 and 24 years. The Parque Santiago III & IV Apartments are centrally-located in the resort of Playa de las Americas. We were allocated the Parque Santiago IV, which was a two-minute walk from the array of lovely bars and restaurants.
The apartments were spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We had a room with street view, which was great for relaxing on the balcony and people-watching. The pool area was gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely pool bar area that had some comfy beds for chilling out in the afternoon. The reception area had free Wi-Fi, which was great for catching up on what was going on at home.
A lovely hotel, all in all!

I was told by the travel agent that the studio was adequate for 3 persons and that the bedroom was offset from the living area,this was not so,there wasnt enough room to swing a cat it was a ridiculous set up. We had to put the coffee table out on the tiny balcony which then meant we couldnt enjoy sitting out. There was also only one electrical socket. I will never go back to that accomadation again and believe i.was misold this holiday.

Although we were quite close to the building work we have had a wonderful experience with polite and helpful staff on hand to assist
A small but not too much of an issue was no lift access to the pool area which ment a bit of a detour or walking down stairs with a childs pushchair and due to a knee replacement opperation i dont like a lot of stairs

The accommodation was ok
The staff at the hotel were very unhelpful
The children’s pool was closed part way through our stay which was very inconvenient with two small children.
The hotel did not cater for prams & tried to put us in a room completely inaccessible with a pram.
Not a hotel for prams or wheelchairs as there are steps everywhere.
