Parque Santiago IV is located on an attractive headland in Playa de Las Americas with its sister property, Parque Santiago III, sitting alongside Las Vistas beach next door. With lots of on-site facilities, it's easy to see why these two properties are a firm favourite with holidaymakers.
The fun-filled aqua park takes centre stage at Parque Santiago III. Water slides, water jets and a children's pool make for a great family time. And no need to wander too far to indulge in some retail therapy, with a shopping mall underneath the apartments to explore. The two saltwater pools at Parque Santiago IV are a more relaxed affair, featuring gardens, seaview terraces and direct access to the nearby beach.
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to food and drink. A great selection of bars, cafes and restaurants surround the hotel, including Chinese, Italian, steakhouse, and Mexican venues.
The apartments here are modern and well equipped including plenty of space for families. The lively centre of Playa de Las Americas is just a five-minute walk away and offers plenty of clubs and bars to enjoy. Or why not take a 20-minute stroll along the promenade and explore the pretty resort of Los Cristianos with its tasty fish restaurants?

Excellent self-catering property
I stayed here in July 2015 and it was a great holiday. The hotel is in an excellent location with bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.
There's no live entertainment, but there is a fantastic children's splash park that kids love.
Overall, it's a top hotel for families.
Excellent three-star apartments
We travelled to Tenerife in May 2014 as a couple, aged 23 and 24 years. The Parque Santiago III & IV Apartments are centrally-located in the resort of Playa de las Americas. We were allocated the Parque Santiago IV, which was a two-minute walk from the array of lovely bars and restaurants.
The apartments were spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We had a room with street view, which was great for relaxing on the balcony and people-watching. The pool area was gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely pool bar area that had some comfy beds for chilling out in the afternoon. The reception area had free Wi-Fi, which was great for catching up on what was going on at home.
A lovely hotel, all in all!

Mr Ginks, 17 July 2018
I was told by the travel agent that the studio was adequate for 3 persons and that the bedroom was offset from the living area, this was not so,there wasnt enough room to swing a cat it was a ridiculous set up. We had to put the coffee table out on the tiny balcony which then meant we couldnt enjoy sitting out. There was also only one electrical socket. I will never go back to that accomadation again and believe i.was misold this holiday.

Although we were quite close to the building work we have had a wonderful experience with polite and helpful staff on hand to assist
A small but not too much of an issue was no lift access to the pool area which ment a bit of a detour or walking down stairs with a childs pushchair and due to a knee replacement opperation i dont like a lot of stairs

Fantastic setting. Very clean highly recommend
Ms Sweeney, 17 November 2017
The accommodation was ok
The staff at the hotel were very unhelpful
The children’s pool was closed part way through our stay which was very inconvenient with two small children.
The hotel did not cater for prams & tried to put us in a room completely inaccessible with a pram.
Not a hotel for prams or wheelchairs as there are steps everywhere.
