What are the requirements for the various roles?
Foreign Exchange: 3 month customer service experience
Travel Consultant: 1 year retail travel sales experience within the last 5 years
New to Travel: 1 year experience working in a targeted sales environment
How do I become a Travel Consultant?
We have multiple opportunities available to support people into their dream career: New to Travel is a great option for anyone who has worked in a direct/targeted sales position previously, or if you don't have experience in sales consider our apprentice programme or foreign exchange consultant positions.
Are there many progression opportunities?
Yes, we have multiple programmes tailored to aid progression, including Mentors, Rising Stars, Aspiring Managers, Aspiring Regional Managers and Aspiring Leaders.
We also have internal training available to support personal and professional development.

No, shifts are worked on a rota basis in line with branch operating hours, this includes weekend working.
