    Turnover reaches £500 million

    Acquisition of Bath Travel, the South of England’s largest independent travel agency

    Hays Travel Academy launched

    Turnover passes the £1 billion mark

    Acquire the Thomas Cook retail portfolio, providing re-employment opportunities to 2,500 staff

    One of the most challenging years in Hays Travel’s history - losing founder John Hays and weathering a global pandemic

    Acquire Explorer franchise
    Introduce Hays Travel money card in association with MasterCard
