Lexington, the Horse Capital of the World, offers a vibrant mix of charming neighborhoods, breweries and distilleries, historic sites and farm-to-table cuisine. Here you can visit the childhood home of Mary Todd Lincoln, watch a race at the elegant Keeneland Race Course and interact with nearly 50 breeds of horses at the amazing Kentucky Horse Park.
For an equally breathtaking experience, rev things up at the National Corvette Museum and GM Corvette Assembly Plant in Bowling Green – the one and only place in the world where "America's Sports Car" is manufactured.

Visit the Harland Sanders Cafe and Museum. This amazing spot has a replica of the original kitchen and some memorabilia from the restaurant that was home to birthplace of Kentucky fried chicken. This museum also has pieces of Colonel Sanders’ life on display for you to see.
Marvel at the Kentucky State Capitol. This building is a great sight to see as it was made with some incredible architectural. Guided tours are offered here which makes it a good spot to put on your to do list when visiting Kentucky.
Experience the Newport Aquarium. This spot is perfect for a family trip as it offers many ways to see beautiful aquatic life. Some of the animals you can see are Penguins, alligators, jellyfish and stingrays.
Explore Fort Knox. With this being one of the most famous military bases in the US, it is a must to do when visiting Kentucky. The General George Patton Museum is also home here which displays historic weapons, military gear and educational experiences which are perfect for history buffs.

Louisville:
This is a great spot to visit for families as it has a lot to other to everyone. The many museums, social activities and entertainment are enough to fill an entire trip which makes this a must go when visiting Kentucky. Some of these spots include the Louisville Slugger Museum, Speed Art Museum, Frazier History Museum, Kentucky Science Centre, the Ohio river and the Belle of Louisville.
Lexington:
Also known as the horse capital of the world, Lexington is a perfect place for animal lovers to visit when you are visiting Kentucky. The Kentucky Horse Park is good spot to visit as it is home to a museum that show the history of these thoroughbred racing horses. Regular horse demonstrations can also be found in Lexington where you can watch the horses exercise in the morning. Lexington also has a vibrant arts scene with its many art galleries which makes it a perfect for spot for both animal and art lover alike.
London:
London is home to the birthplace of the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants which makes it a must stop destination when booking a trip to Kentucky. This town is also known for hold a world chicken festival which could be an activity you plan to see to experience the culture of this American state. The Levi Jackson Wilderness Road Park is also a great spot to visit with its amazing and breathtaking scenery.
